Trusted Care isn’t just a name, it’s our commitment. We put a premium on building a team that prioritize your well-being. We offer non-judgmental support to all families, regardless of religion, race, or identity, including SMBC, LGBTQ+ individuals and People of Color. Our focus is on providing exceptional care and professional support to all
We are non-clinical Professionals. However, our Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) is a child care professional who provides hands-on-care and guidance to new parents and their new born. NCS are also known as infant care specialist or baby nurses.
A NCS usually starts with a family on the day they bring the baby home the hospital or the day of home birth and typically stays for up to 4 months to guide and educate new parents and offer hands-on care to the newborn to help establish feeding and sleeping habits, creating a predictable daytime routine, and working with parents to direct the to appropriate resources. Most often, a Newborn Care Specialist will handle the overnight care so that a new parent can rest and recover from birth or adapt to new parenthood if the baby is adopted or via surrogate. If required, and NCS will offer 24/7, or day time support as well
Because, we understand the needs for clear communication in building trust during a potentially vulnerable and stressful time, we work closely with each family to comply with their child-rearing preferences and discuss any differences of opinion as to come to a preferred-method of techniques as we know that no two families are alike.
We are not only good at our jobs, but our NCS goes above and beyond to ensure that all parents feel confident in their care of their precious newborn by recognizing normal and abnormal behavior and will be familiar with common issues such as reflux and have proven solutions and resources to help

No Hidden or Extra Change
Karen joined us when we came home from the hospital with our third child. I was nervous about going from 2 to 3 children, but those nerves quickly went away the moment Karen arrived.
